Registration Process
- Decide which course(s) to take.
- Contact Online Education to register. 931-393-4735
- Registration procedures:
- Information to be given includes: full name (as on your auctioneer license), license number & issuing state(s), firm & mailing addresses, billing information, day/evening/fax numbers, and email address(es) to be used for the course.
- A letter of authorization and affidavit of intent will be e-mailed to the primary e-mail address. This letter states that you have enrolled for online continuing education and agree to follow the security protocols established by the Nashville Auction School Online Education Program. This letter needs to be printed, signed, and submitted with a copy of a picture ID via fax to Online Education at (931) 393-3241.
- An e-mail enrollment verification will be sent with a user name and password, which will be used to access the course(s). All course work must be completed within 30 days of enrollment verification.
- Successful completion of these courses is contingent upon satisfactorily answering the test questions at the end of each course, and evidence of sufficient time spent in the course to warrant issuing CE hour credits.
- Upon successful course completion, the student will be notified via email. A Certificate of Completion and a Continuing Education Credit receipt sent to the student for submission to the appropriate state for CE credit. TN students will have their hours posted electronically to the Tennessee Auctioneer Commission.
